Determines uniform chassis dynamometer test methods for hybrid-electric vehicles (HEVs) intended to be driven on public roads. Gives instructions for measurement and calculation of the exhaust emissions and fuel economy of HEVs driven on the Urban Dynamometer Driving Schedule (UDDS) and the High Fuel Economy Drive Schedule (HFEDS), in addition to the exhaust emissions of HEVs driven on the US-6 DrivinG Schedule NS SC03 Driving Schedule (SC03).
