Abstract

Recommendations applying to marine transportation by seagoing vessels in unprotected waters, of API 5L, 5LX, 5LS, and 5LU steel line pipe in sizes 10 3/4 in. OD and larger. Recommendation of Section 2, as concerned with load stresses are exclusively applicable to API line pipe having diameter to thickness ratios of 70 or larger. Cover mill coated or uncoated pipe.
