Abstract

Gives general characteristics of broadcast transmitters and standardizes the conditions and methods of measurement used to ascertain the performance of a broadcast transmitter and to make a comparison possible of the results of measurements made by different observers. The measurement methods are meant for type tests and may also be used for acceptance tests and factory tests.
