Specifies ferroresonant voltage regulators at relatively constant frequencies and controlled ferroresonant regulators which maintain constant output voltages regardless of variations, in input voltage, frequency, temperature and output load. This standard includes, but is not limited to, the following types of ferroresonant regulators; Series-parallel ferroresonant regulators (electrically connected), Controlled ferroresonant regulators, Series ferroresonant regulators, Ferroresonant transformer regulators (magnetically couples).
