Abstract

Defines the most common operating characteristics of rotating anode X-ray tubes, during and after energization, to facilitate comparison between these devices. Identical with and has been reproduced from IEC 613:1989.

Scope

This International Standard applies to ROTATING ANODE X-RAY TUBES and X-RAY TUBE ASSEMBLIES intended for use in medical diagnosis.
