Abstract

This Japanese Industrial Standard specifies autocollimators and reflecting mirrors attached to them. Further, this applies for the type in which indication is made by the height relative to base of a fixed length instead of the angle. However, the type in which the position of image of mark line is read by photoelectric method is excluded.
