Abstract

This document is an informal proceedings of a pollution prevention plenary session held at API's 1990 Health and Environment Annual Meeting. Speakers representing federal and state government, public interest groups and various petroleum industry segments presented their views on pollution prevention. This document also describes API's initiatives for pollution prevention research.
