Abstract

Contains the results of an interlaboratory study of three methods, Diesel Range Organics, Gasoline Range Organics and Petroleum Hydrocarbons, used to analyze hydrocarbons in soils. Each method is validated and its performance judged from measurements of accuracy and precision. These are compared with other studies validated by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency. Practical quantification levels (PQLs) are estimated for each method.
