Abstract

This Japanese Industrial Standard specifies the chairs and seats designed for assisting the standing up and sitting down motion of the users with the seat that can be lifted up and down by electrical power operation. Chairs designed to carry a person on it, toilet seats or bathroom chairs are not included.
