Abstract

Evaluates the clastogenic potential of tertiary amyl methyl ether (TAME) using Chinese hamster ovary (CHO) cells compared to the solvent control group. Based on the findings of this study, TAME was concluded to be positive for the induction of structural chromosome aberrations in Chinese hamster ovary (CHO) cells.
