Abstract

This Japanese Industrial Standard specifies the optical flats, hereinafter referred to as the "flats" made of transparent glass having flat measuring surface and to be used for flatness measurement according to light-wave interference. However, except those to be used as the parts of interferometer and other measuring apparatus.
