Abstract

This Japanese Industrial Standard specifies general rules for the measurement of fluorescent X-ray generating from a specimen using a fluorescent X-ray spectrometric analysis instrument and for performing the qualitative analysis and the quantitative analysis of elements contained in a specimen.
